AP Statistics Project – Volunteer Panelists Needed

For many years, the Duncanville HS AP Statistics Classes have participated in a 12-week project titled Mission Possible. The student projects culminate with a presentation of their hypothesis, research, and conclusions to a panel of adult volunteers. The adults provide a real-world, professional scenario for the students, much like they will find when they enter the workforce and throughout their careers. In the past, this has been a remarkable day and the feedback from the adults about our students and DHS have been exceptional.

We are making preparations for this year’s presentations, and need volunteers to be part of our special day as panel members for the 2012 Mission Possible on Tuesday, February 21. There are two time slots available, from 10:50 am to 12:15 pm and 12:25 to 1:55 pm. Snack foods and drinks will be provided.
