Natatorium Director Featured in Southwest NOW

Duncanville ISD students and staff have spent the hot summer looking for cool ways to have fun. Duncanville HS Natatorium director Teresa Chumbley was featured in the August 2012 issue of the Southwest NOW magazine for her love of swimming. The DHS swim coach is passionate about making the district’s Natatorium a welcoming and affordable place for the public to exercise while beating the heat.

In that article she explained the natatorium’s benefits as a public resource for healthy physical activity for all ages. She’s starting her second year at Duncanville High School, with a lifelong love of swimming that began as a lifeguard at age 15 and a swim instructor at 16. To read the full article, click here.
