Beginning this summer, all Duncanville ISD families will now go online, using their Home Access Center (HAC) accounts, to complete back to school forms for students in all grades. Don’t have a HAC account yet? Twelve HAC sign-up events for parents are scheduled during June and July, and interpreters will be onsite to assist Spanish-speaking families. Staff members will also be available to assist families with how to use a computer, set up an email account, and open the HAC website. Click here for the three easy steps for 2012/13 registration, and more information about the important dates below.
- June 4 – HAC Sign-up events begin
- July 2 – Online Registration begins
- August 3 – Campus Registration Document Review begins

Where do I need to go to sign-up to register online with a HAC account? I have a 5-year old who is to attend Alexander Elementary this Fall. I believe I had a logon with my daughter (Ashley N. Shepherd) who graduated in 2010; however, I do not remember that at all.
I am pretty saavy with a computer, so if there isno need for me to actually come to an event to get signed up, I am comfortable going directly online. I am flexible on this.
Can someone assist me?
Thanks,
Nicole Robles
Nicole,
To register with HAC, fill out this form and return it to your child’s school.

When i click HERE for the three easy steps it says, ” Web Error”. and doesn’t let me access it!
The Shchool already has my email address and when I go to the HAC icon does not do anything, I can’t access the page to register.
It maybe the campus hasn’t marked your account, as active. We’ll look into it for you and get back to you.
